Grace & Love

Maintaining an atmosphere of grace and love to receive all sincere seekers of the Lord, regardless of their background, race, or color, and to minister to their needs according to our ability.

Special Ministries

Providing special ministry for children, youth, singles, widows and widowers, orphans, and any others in categories needing special care according to our ability to do so.

Ministry Discovery

To encourage each member to discover his or her God-given ministry and to have opportunity to be discipled into that ministry.

Unity in Christ

To maintain an openness to the whole Body of Christ, as in the words of John Wesley, "In essentials, unity; in non-essentials, liberty; and in all things, charity."

What We Believe

  • The Bible is the inspired, authoritative Word of God (2 Peter 1:21)
  • The Godhead consists of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit—Three in One and One in Three (2 Corinthians 13:14)
  • Jesus Christ is fully divine; He was born of a virgin, died an atoning death, rose bodily from the dead, and ascended to the right hand of the Father (1 Timothy 3:16)
  • Salvation is received through the redeeming blood of Jesus Christ (Hebrews 9:22)
  • God graciously keeps His people and calls them to a holy walk, not according to the flesh but according to the Spirit (Jude 24; Romans 8:4)
  • The Baptism of the Holy Spirit and the present ministry of the Spirit are active in and through the believer (1 Corinthians 12:8–11; Galatians 5:22–23)
  • Divine healing is provided through Christ's atoning work (1 Peter 2:24)
  • Christ will return personally and imminently in power and great glory; He will reign for a thousand years and His dominion is everlasting (Acts 1:11; Revelation 20:4; Daniel 7:14)
  • There will be a resurrection of both the saved and the lost: the saved to eternal life and the lost to eternal punishment (John 5:28–29; Revelation 20:15)
  • The church is called to evangelistic and missionary zeal, bearing witness to Christ locally and globally (Acts 1:8; Mark 16:15–18)
  • Sanctification, holiness, and an overcoming life are God's design for His church, the Bride of Christ (Ephesians 5:25–27)
  • Marriage is a sacred institution established by God, uniting one man and one woman in a lifelong covenant commitment (Matthew 19:4–6)
  • Because humanity is created in the image of God, every human life has immeasurable worth and significance in all its stages, from conception to natural death (Genesis 1:27; Psalm 139:13–14)
  • Baptism is for believers in the Lord Jesus Christ and is to be administered by immersion, bearing witness to the gospel of Christ's death, burial, and resurrection and to the believer's new life in Him (Matthew 28:19; Romans 6:4)
  • Communion, when shared by believers, proclaims the saving power of the gospel, affirms Christ's presence in His church, and anticipates His victorious return (1 Corinthians 11:23–26)
